An 18ct yellow gold three-stone boat ring, set with an oval cabochon-cut opal displaying vivid flashes of purple, green, yellow and orange. Flanked to either side by old cut diamonds weighing 0.19ct and 0.23ct, near-colourless and of fine clarity. Four small diamond spacers complete the arrangement, enhancing the brilliance of the central stone. A refined example of early 20th-century design.
