An important large Danish silver jardinière, marks for a Dragsted with town marks for Copenhagen and makers marks for Christian F. Heise (working 1904-1932) Dated 1912 The oval shaped jardinière with foliage scroll rim alternated with rocaille, the body chased and embossed with rocaille foliage scrolls and two vacant cartouches.
Dragsted jewelers & silversmiths of Copenhagen were established in 1854 and list among its commissions the Royal Court of Copenhagen and the Imperial Court of Russia.
